About Claudia

I am writing to express our appreciation and recommendation for Claudia as a primary caregiver for young children. We found Claudia through Care.com and were certainly a little apprehensive about returning to work and giving up daily care of our baby to someone we didn’t really know. But it became apparent very quickly that Claudia wasn’t just another nanny – she was family. Claudia genuinely cares for our daughter's well-being. Over the past two years, she has been instrumental in her development with her thoughtful, intentional planning of her days. Claudia sings, speaks, plays, and provides the structure and guidance young children crave. She expands our daughter's world with trips to experience new animals, environments, neighborhoods, cuisine, and people. Many families have mentioned how advanced our child is in her speech, her understanding of the world around her, her curiosity, & her fearlessness. In large part, we attribute this to Claudia’s care and her many years of experience as a mother and caregiver to other children. Our family unit is small I and because of Claudia, the phrase “it takes a village” can now be amended to: “it takes good parents and Claudia.”
