I interviewed Coleen on the phone to be a live-in aide for my mom in Delray Beach and was very impressed with her experience and demeanor. She was my # 1 choice to interview (I got 40 responses) in person when I get down to FL this week, but it turns out my mom got her neighbor's aide who became available. If that doesn't work out and Coleen is avail, I would not hesitate to meet with her in person.
