I am a retired teacher from NJ, certified in special education, elementary education and music. I taught for 37 years in NJ and worked as a substitute teacher in NJ from 2016-21017 and then in Florida 2018 and 2019. I miss working with students but would rather not be in a classroom, so I'm eager to spend time with your child(ren) and help them learn. I've taught all elementary levels, K-5 as well as middle school, 6-8. Although I love teaching all subjects listed in my profile, I especially enjoy working with 8-12-year-olds who are struggling with reading or math to build their confidence, their skills, and their love of learning.
