About Courtney

Hi! I had my first baby at the beginning of February. I'm looking for a position where I can bring her with me. I have significantly reduced my rate to accommodate my daughter. My last three positions have been for baby girls starting at 11 weeks old, although I have experience with all ages! I have fantastic references. I was a nanny/house manager during college, then as a case manager for a non-profit, and then as a high-level executive assistant for 12 years until my office closed in 2020. I volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters for 7 years, and provided childcare for 6 years for a family who adopted a child from foster care and needed someone with experience in children suffering from trauma. I love arts-and-crafts, going to the park, imagination-based play, etc. I have a bachelor's degree in English from UMass. I'm a firm believer in gentle parenting and positive reinforcement. I'd like to find something long-term where our babies can grow together!
