About Crystal

Hi there! My name is Crystal, & I've cared for infants & toddlers as my full-time employment since '19. I first found my love for littlest care as a daycare assistant! After 2yrs of infant & toddler experience in the classrooms, my heart called to nanny littles in the comfort of their homes where a family bond can be found. I have nannied for 2 loving families since '22, both I've had the privilege to earn a place in their children's lives that will forever go beyond my job title. I'm relocating to MSU & eager to connect with a family that holds significance in their littles' best developmental interests, as I've completed 1/2 of my Psychology degree at UM-Flint with several child development courses. Between 5 consistent years of hands on experience with children ages 6 weeks-26 mo., & my academic achievements specializing children's cognitive, physical, social & emotional needs, the quality of my care is just as significant for me to ensure it as it is for you to receive it!
