About Dakota

Hello my name is Dakota and I am looking to tutor math and/or Spanish this summer. I continued my Spanish studies after graduating UMass and have used my Spanish in work place settings many times throughout my job history. Math came somewhat easy to me as a kid(thanks to having a math teacher as a dad). Statistics and Algebra were my strong suits when it came to mathematics. I have taught/tutored children while in a hospital setting for a residential program and helped coach my younger brother's baseball teams. I currently work as a nanny where I have been tutoring a child with special needs. I believe my extensive experience and expertise would make me the perfect candidate to tutor anyone looking for any specific help in studies. While Spanish and Math are my wheelhouse I wouldn't mind tutoring other subjects or practices as well(I would be happy to put in the effort to tutor a topic I'm less familiar with teaching).
