About Daniela

Hi! My name's Daniela and I'm a communications professional working at the University of Maryland. Go Terps! I am an extrovert who enjoys quiet (and sometimes introspective) activities, such as visiting the Smithsonian museums, baking, gardening and going on long walks to natural parks like Rock Creek. I first began working with kids at my college's Children's Learning Centers (CLC) in Houston, Texas. In the first three months, I rotated between the toddlers' Spanish classroom and the English-speaking one. Soon after that I was placed in the infants room, where I remained for the rest of my time as a student assistant. I am observant, calm, and I love to tell jokes as often as possible. I look forward to meeting a sweet family! :)
