About Daniela

I have tutored people who are learning English one on one, mostly adults, as well as tutored some in Spanish. I gave one on one tutoring help to a 5th grader with reading disabilities every day for four months. But I have done more than tutoring- I have taught in public schools! With my own classroom, I have taught bilingual kindergarten, second grade and fourth and fifth grade. Within these classrooms, especially in kindergarten, I taught students how to read and write, and also increase their reading abilities. In 4th/5th grade classrooms, I concentrated on teaching kids with special needs to learn the required subjects utilizing different methods. I am also comfortable tutoring higher levels of skills, especially for high school or college students who need help with their writing skills as to how to write a good academic paper, or to understand and learn higher level concepts in math, science, and history.
