I'm a passionate childcare provider with over 25+ years as a public PreK-2nd grade school teacher. I've cared for children of various ages and abilities. I have a patient and calm demeanor, essential for creating a nurturing environment. I can engage children in fun and educational activities, fostering their intellectual and social development. Open communication with parents, ensures their peace of mind. I would provide updates about their child's day and address any concerns. As a certified teacher with a dual MA in special education and reading, I support children's holistic development. I have also been trained in First Aid, CPR, & EpiPen use. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care is my top priority all while promoting a healthy balance of developmentally appropriate activities and downtime as needed.
