About Daron

I've always had a passion for interacting and working with kids. I'm a strong believer in fostering a child's natural curiosity and creativity, and enjoy helping children grow and develop. I spent three years working with special needs children, was a teacher's assistant for a kindergarten class at RLS Elementary, and studied early childhood development and child psychology. I have roughly 6-7 years of experience working with kids in the age range of 2-12 years old. I really thrive on being able to provide a positive and stimulating impact on their lives and believe in strong and open lines of communication with the parents. I want to always ensure that I am promoting the values and expectations of the parents, and make both the child/children and parents feel confident in my ability to provide a safe and positive environment for their family. I am an animal lover, enjoy doing crafts and other fun activities. I am happy to answer any questions you have about me and my experience.
