About Deana

I provided end of life care for 1 of my clients. I cleaned his home for several years. It was an honor to be present with his daughter the day he passed away peacefully. I provided his insulin shot, prepared meals, helped him use the bathroom, dressed him & helped to provide his pain medication that was given externally/internally. As a teenager I wanted to be able to care for my grandma & nana as they aged, but sadly they passed before I had that opportunity. I enjoy spending time with my elders & listening to stories from time gone by. Another client I assisted had a stroke & needed help getting out of bed & into the shower. She could shower herself but needed help getting dressed & blow drying her hair. I would assist her downstairs & make her breakfast and then I would depart for the day. I also would sit with another one of my clients when her daughter & son in law would go out I would prepare her meals & sit & visit with her. It was a joy & a memory I will cherish.
