About Deanna

Hello! My name is Deanna. I am currently working on getting my teaching certification to be an art teacher! I was a preschool teacher at Primrose and Goddard schools for 4 years. I recently started working for Pasco County Schools. The joy I receive when working with children has been the guiding force in my career path. I believe in teaching independence as well as nurturing their social-emotional growth. I also believe in treating children with the same respect you expect from them. I like to have a fun learning environment by using art, music, or dance as enrichment. I have experience with special needs children as I've had multiple in my classrooms throughout the years. In addition to teaching experience, I also have babysitting experience. I have babysat on the side for about 4 years and most of my clients are ones I've had from the beginning and still have today.
