About Deidre

I have been a loving caring nanny for the last 20 years. My last position lasted over eight to half years. It was for two lovely little girls who are now ages 8-1/2 and 6-1/2. Both attend school all day now so my services were no longer needed. During my time there, I performed a variety of duties. I did everything from the girls laundry, comparing healthy meals for the children, arranging play dates, teaching them to read and write, driving to activities. And much, much more. In my career as a nanny I have worked with newborns up until the age of 14. I am comfortable working with any age child. I also have traveled with that many families to a variety of places both foreign and domestic. In my free time I enjoy riding my bike, game night with my friends, going to the movies, listening to live music and traveling to the Caribbean. I think the most important part about being a nanny is to have patience and understanding and be very willing to listen to the children.
