Devon has been an invaluable part of our family's journey for the past 18 months. She has been entrusted with the care of our son 3 days a week since he was 3 months old. Her patience, genuine care and nurturing nature have been instrumental in creating a safe and loving environment. Devon's commitment to our son's growth extended beyond basic caregiving. Her enthusiasm for reading led to fostering his love for books from a young age. Her walks in the stroller to outings to the park became opportunities for our son to explore the world around him and engage in physical activities that are crucial for his development. What truly sets Devon apart is the genuine friendship that blossomed between her and our son. Their bond was evident in the way our son would light up whenever he saw her, a testament to the trust and affection they had developed over time. As parents, it was heartwarming to witness the special connection they shared. Devon demonstrated her flexibility, accommodating our family's changing schedules and needs, and her open communication made it easy to collaborate with her. Our plan was to start our son at pre-school when he turned one, but we extended that until he was 21 months old. We look forward to having Devon watch our son on date nights and other special occasions!
