About Dewayne

Hey there! I'm DeWayne, and I'm so excited to be considered for the opportunity to support your family and care for your little ones! I've recently moved to Raleigh, NC, from Indianapolis, IN, and can't wait to bring my love for childcare to this wonderful community. I've always loved working with kids, from being a Paraeducator in a kindergarten classroom to managing after-school programs and supporting teachers and families. I've learned through my experiences that every child is unique, and I enjoy finding creative and fun ways to help them learn, grow, and feel safe/happy. As a former head coach for a youth lacrosse team, I also bring a love for active play, teamwork, and fostering confidence through sports. I look forward to becoming a positive and reliable presence in your family's life, creating meaningful connections, and making everyday fun and enriching for your kiddos!
