Hello, I'm Diana! I have 4 years of professional experience in childcare with children ages 1-5 years old. I've worked in busy classroom environments with 10-15 toddlers, as well as nannying for 3 children at their home. I have gone through some additional training including 30 hours childcare basics, basic behavior management, emotional exercises and sign language with preschoolers. I always want to make sure children enjoy themselves while under my care so I love to prepare art projects, sensory bins or even go out for a walk or to the park. Not only do I enjoy caring for children but I also love animals! I have 2 crazy energetic dogs myself. Diana is BY FAR the most patient and kind nanny I've ever met. She has taken care of my 3 kids (twin 2.5 year olds & 4 year old) for nearly a year without any issue whatsoever. She is a great communicator and she is excellent at maintaining consistency with wording/phrasing of discipline/boundaries with us. She comes up with crafts on the fly and isn't afraid to play/be silly, get dirty outside, or go to kid stuff (playgrounds, parks, museums). Diana is also incredibly punctual, which is quite important for our schedule. I truly cannot express just how wonderful Diana is! I would highly recommend her for any family, especially those with multiple children.
