My name is D'Nasia and these are few reasons why I am a great caregiver! Patient: Dealing with children can sometimes be challenging, so patience is a valuable quality to have when handling their needs and behaviors. I have frequently babysat children with special needs and my little brother is autistic, which has truly taught me the importance of being patient and empathetic. Good communication skills: I am able to communicate effectively with both children and parents. I have a "Babysitting notebook" that helps in understanding the children's needs and informing parents about their child's well-being; this notebook helps me monitor the child's allergies, safety concerns, play-time preferences, food-preferences, and more. Reliable and punctual: I am always on time (and by that I mean 15min early) to fulfill your responsibilities in a reliable and professional manner.
