About Donavan

Hi, I'd describe my personality as a reliable, inclusive, and high sense of integrity. I enjoy working with kids because they are our future! I started working with kids when I began my youth basketball training program about 5 years ago. Since then, I have started my own small business coaching kids one on one in basketball, football, and martial arts. I also currently coach girls basketball at Pace Academy. I am studying at GSU for Sports Management. I would love a job where I can impact a child's life positively! I'm looking to become a child's friend and big brother figure to help guide them and assist the parents in teaching them life values that will last forever. One thing I pride myself in is that I am a trustworthy person that strives for patience and empathy. I am able to be a leader to the younger generation. My goal when I deal with a child is to impact their lives positively and to remind them that they are always heard and cared for.
