Donna has been a tremendous help to my mom and family. She has been willing to pitch in to help in any way asked and is proactive in seeing what needs to be done. She's been flexible with timing, she's a great communicator, and she established a very close rapport with my mom. Her attentiveness, communication, tact, and grace helped save my mom from pain and protect her dignity when it was difficult for me to convince my mom of care she needed. Highly recommended!
