I have over 15 years of experience working with Alzheimer's patients as well as hospice care and in home care. cooking meals, companionship, enjoying crafts and games, keeping clients engaged. Also, bathing, preparing meals , medication reminders, light house cleaning. transportation to appointments. shopping. I have had training in CPR, abdominal thrust maneuver, and wound care. minimum hours a week is 5 hrs. My current availability is afternoons and evenings, Monday and Tuesday overnight. Doreen was more than I could have asked for in a caretaker for my dad. She showed so much compassion & concern for my dad. She is very on top of looking out for the health and well-being of my dad. She went over and above of what I thought a caretaker was. She was very dependable and on time to be with my dad. Knowing she was there for my dad and all she did for him to make him comfortable and happy put an ease for me. I could have not asked for a better person to be there with him. Her caring loving spirit was a joy to know that I knew I found the right person for my dad. Her loyalty, trustworthiness and her caring qualities made me extremely happy and content that I had chose her for my dad. She did numerous task that took off my plate to do for my dad & I was extremely grateful. I highly recommend Doreen to be a caretaker for your love one!
