About Eden

I have 15 years of experience working with children of all ages from newborns to teenagers. Throughout high school I gained experience as a baby sitter and had regular clients who's children's ages ranged from 8 weeks to 11 years old. I became certified as a babysitter through the Apple Barn when I was 13. In high school I worked in a day care with 2-year-olds. Along with baby sitting and the job at the day care, I nannied for a family with a 5, 7 and 9-year-old for two summers. During my college career, I began to work as a private tutor for 1st through 6th graders assisting with subjects ranging from math to Spanish. I spent two summers volunteering at a Christian day-camp working with 2nd graders and then 5th graders. 2 years ago, I was a counselor at a nature camp working with 12-14-year-olds. Then worked as a nanny for 3 in Seattle and spent a year substitute teaching. I have experience with special needs, am CPR certified, EMT trained, and am certified as a nursing assistant.
