I give Elaina my highest review! She was our nanny last summer watching over my 5 year old daughter and 2 year old son from 8am to 5pm, 5 days a week. She was exceptional in every way! She was always on time (actually she was usually 10 minutes ahead of schedule and sat in her car until 8 am exactly). She was also very flexible in her schedule and didn't mind adjusting whenever appointments or unexpected shifts in work schedules came up. She was very patient in dealing with my 2 year old son who had an awful case of the terrible twos and had constant temper tantrums. She was great with instructing my 5 year old daughter and improving her reading and taking her swimming. She was very proactive and sought out opportunities to take the kids to parks, museums, and activities in the library, and keeping me updated throughout the day on how they’re doing. She also spent her own money buying snacks and food for the kids (unfortunately my kids are not shy in asking for things) to make sure they were well taken of and hydrated throughout the day. The kids really love her and miss her when she went back to school. Despite her busy schedule, Elaina reaches out very frequently throughout the year asking how the kids are doing and still visits whenever she’s in town. She treats us like family, and we’re grateful to have found her when she was back in town last summer.
