About Eliana

Hi there! My name is Eliana and I am excited to support your child on their schoolwork. I currently teach adult ESL to newcomer refugees, and I am looking to supplement my nonprofit income. I have extensive experience in homework help - I ran an after school program for two years and volunteered as a tutor for several more! My subject expertise is in the humanities, so I would be especially happy to support your child in their reading, writing, and social studies work. I have an MSEd in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, so I am open to working with English Language Learners as well. I'm looking for a job that meets just once or twice a week, with a child who just needs a little extra lift to get their schoolwork done. In my spare time, I like to go rock climbing, read, snuggle with my cat, make art, and visit new places. I take precautions regarding COVID.
