About Eli

Hello! I'm a writer/educator looking for part-time nannying work in the Somerville/Cambridge area (though willing to travel). I have 10 years of experience as a nanny and camp counselor with kids as young as 2mo, but I have a soft spot in my heart for infants and young toddlers. I'm an easygoing person and I always have a positive attitude. My approach with children is to encourage as much independence as possible while always being present for support and safety. I love going on outings, and I'm always up for reading books and making art. I love to cook, and I'm well-versed in allergy safety. I am CPR-trained for adult, child, and infant emergencies. I use they/them pronouns. My availability is flexible, and I have a reliable car. Ideally looking for 3 days per week, but again can be flexible. References available upon request. Sadly I have severe pet allergies, so I am not able to be in homes with furry friends. Otherwise, I so look forward to meeting you and your family!
