Elizabeth has a kind and calm demeanor and has been great for my 16 month old boy. We appreciate how flexible she has been with us with schedule changes based on our crazy life (unexpected house flooding, illness, etc.) Elizabeth is reliable, very communicative and respectful. My little guy is always happy to see her when she arrives in the morning!
