This letter is to let you know about a special young lady, Lizzy. Lizzy worked for me at a Summer Recreation program during the summer of 2017. She was responsible for a group of 5/6 year olds. Her job entailed engaging them in different recreation activities, while keeping them happy and safe. She showed a tremendous amount of patience and compassion to these students. She worked well with her peers and was a leader in the age group which she worked in. On a personal level, Lizzy was also a coach of my daughter's cheer team. She again showed patience with a group of 10 year old girls, which can be challenging at times. She was a great role model to the girls as to how they had to work hard to reach their goals. Lizzy has a great work ethic. She was never absent from work and was always on time. She worked well with her peers and was a leader when she needed to be. She was a valued part of both our program and team. She will be an asset to program and school.
