About Elizabeth

From a young age, I have loved working with children. I began as a mother's helper at the age of 10 with families in my neighborhood. In middle school, I volunteered with my church's 3-year-olds. Throughout high school, I was a babysitter in my neighborhood for kids ranging in age from eight months to 10. I have also volunteered at my church's annual Vacation Bible School to lead a small group of approximately five kids ages five to 11 almost every year since I was 12. Additionally, I worked at the YMCA as a Day Camp Counselor during the summer of 2016. As a camp counselor, I monitored a group of 10 kids ranging from five to 10 years old during lunch, rotations, free time, field trips, swim time, and park time.
