I'd describe my personality as responsible, compassionate, and understanding. I like working with kids because I like to watch their growth as they grow older and accomplish their goals! I also like building good relationships with the families I watch the kids for! I'm looking for a job that has consistent hours but I am also very understanding if there's a schedule change. I am really just looking a part time job where I can make a bit of extra money while i'm in college! I started working with kids when I was about 12. I have four siblings, so it is safe to say I was always watching at least one of my siblings everyday. When I turned 12, I started babysitting in the summer time. I have been babysitting off and on since then ! In my spare time, I like to exercise and cook! My skills include good listening, as I will always prioritize the parents instructions. I also have very good decision making skills, therefore I will be able to make smart fast decisions in emergencies.
