Evening care for rehab-exercise & 90 min walks in wheelchair daily, evening meal, hygiene and bedtime prep. Prev: 90 yr old female's care in her home as health declined. Evening, overnight & weekend care, following doctor's directives & meds. Ran household: food purchase, cooking, housekeeping, scheduling appts & personal papers/bill payments. Prev: Care for 70 yr old female lung cancer patient. Daily care & Companionship. Kept comfortable; cooking/feeding, bathing, light housekeeping- keeping home clean/sterile. When Hospice was necessary at home; assisted hospice nurses in providing additional palliative care to patient.
