I'd describe my personality as very responsible, patient, and caring :) I started working with kids when I was a freshman in high school. I would do small jobs that my mom would get me, but when I was a sophomore in high school I decided to work for a day care that took care of kids ages new born to 12 years old! I worked there for almost a year, and since then have nannied for a family after school, and helped out with other families for last minute date nights, driving to practices, etc. My top childcare skills are prioritizing the safety of the children in my care, I also love having activities for the kids to do - making sure they're learning and having fun, and I also have good patience and strong communication skills
