Being kind, and dependable, I have about 5 years of experience serving elderly population, including assisting with daily living activities and household tasks. The list included companionship, social interaction, personal hygiene, meals preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, buying groceries, administering medications, transportation, and more. My goal is to maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment for elderly person. Preparation of meals is one my strong abilities: I am a good cook, constantly look for healthy, nutritious recipes, can cook by your recipes, and strictly follow prescribed dietary requirements. In the past, I was taken care about woman (86 years old), who was blind and mobility was a big concern. My responsibilities were helping with the bathing, dressing, meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, vacuuming, medication management, and other tasks. Education: former certified Home Health Aide, college coursework in premed and pharmacy.
