About Emily

I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist comfortable with working with children with all ability levels. I am also a new mom to my beautiful 2-month-old daughter! I'd describe my personality as sincere, inquisitive, and positive. I like working with kids because I enjoy learning about the unique way they see the world and helping them develop a healthy self esteem and sense of self. I'm looking for a job with evening hours so I can be available for my family during the day. I have been working with kids since my camp counselor days. In college, I taught Hebrew school for preschoolers. Since graduating in 2019, my professional experience has been exclusively with children ages 2-21 years old. In my spare time, I like to take walks with my family, cook and look for new recipes. One thing you should know about me is I have experience working with children with complex communication needs, specifically autistic children that are gestalt language processors.
