About Emily

While living in Springfield, MO I was a volunteer for Omega Healthcare, a hospice organization. I assisted elderly patients with daily skills such as cooking and running errands. I enjoyed providing companionship to these patients and I believe their wisdom benefited me just as much as my care benefited them. Later on while living here in St. Louis I cared for a woman in her home who was in her 50s with chronic health issues. I cared for her for a year and then I switched career paths for awhile, becoming certified as a personal trainer. Many of my clients were seniors which led me to complete a Senior Fitness Specialist certification in addition to my regular certification. Prior to the pandemic I also enjoyed reaching water aerobics at the Y. If I sound like a good fit please reach out! I look forward to talking with you.
