Emily committed to come to the house to help my elderly father. When I messaged her several times the day before, she never replied. I included my cell phone number so she could text me. Then on the morning of she sent a message which was emailed to me at 9:30 AM in which she stated that she couldn’t come to the appointment which was at 9 AM. She said that she was called into work that day. But she had committed to a Care.com job that day. I would not trust her to hire her in the future.
