About Emily

I'm a mom of 3 with years of caregiving experience. Most of my experience has been working with children but I do have experience working with seniors as well. I formerly worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist, so I understand the importance of staying active especially late in life. I would be happy to provide safe and effective exercises for your loved ones to feel their best. I am able to assist in any way needed but due to lower back issues I can not do any heavy lifting. I believe seniors are too often treated like children once they start to lose their independence; I will make sure to treat your loved one with the dignity they deserve and respect their autonomy and input on all matters. Staying involved and engaged with activities is important and I will work to make sure there our time together is spent well.
