About Emily

Hello! I'm a very patient, empathetic, and positive person. I absolutely love taking care of others. A lot of my informal caretaking background is with watching over and taking care of my younger brother and babysitting children of family friends. With children, I've cared for 0-12 y/o, up to three children simultaneously (so far), and some of whom with special medical needs. With taking care of adults, I am a trained CNA, and I took care of elderly patients on a regular basis for roughly eight months. I also started nursing school and I took care of patients within a hospital setting for a while. I absolutely love caring for small groups of people, that way I know I am able to give my full attention and, overall, my best work. I also grew up loving on, and in more recent years caring for dogs (I have a Pitbull named Sandy!). I love making conversation, helping with household chores, helping people learn (I am especially good with math and Spanish), and generally helping out as I can.
