About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I have three years of experience caring for children of various ages, and I am comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children and create a safe and nurturing environment! I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am firm yet gentle, ensuring that children understand and respect boundaries. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate their minds. I hold some college education; currently a senior at the U of A studying Environmental Science (just switched to online) and am certified in CPR and First Aid. I have a car and love pets of all shapes and sizes! I would love to meet with you and see if I am a good fit!
