About Emma

Hi, I'm Emma! I have a bachelors in architecture from Barnard College of Columbia University and extensive experience (about 10 years) in babysitting and tutoring. I grew up just outside Philadelphia and just moved to Pawtucket with my husband from Pittsburgh for his residency at Brown. I'm a friendly, creative, patient person who's happy to be silly and playful! My two brothers are both on the autism spectrum so I am very comfortable with taking care of children with any specific needs or disabilities. I would love to set up an ongoing relationship with a family. My favorite babysitting job was one where I was able to care for a child from 5-months to almost 4-years-old. I have lots of experience drawing and painting from my degree and just for fun so I would love to provide art lessons. I'm most comfortable tutoring subjects like Latin, Ancient Greek, up-to high school english, and up-to middle school math. I can manage homework and designing project plans or schedules.
