After having a good intro call, she agreed to come in today for an in-person interview / paid trial day. We called off our regular sitter due to her apparent excitement, and we answered every question she asked such as whether she'd be watching 2 children (no) or if it was a 9-5 M-F job (yes), all also already in the job posting.. After explaining that we'd like to keep a sitter full-time but have been having issues of people showing up extremely late such that it impacts our jobs and livelihood, she took it a step further and just decided to block/reject us and not show up at all... People like this should be banned from the application.
