About Emma

Hello! My name is Emma! I love spending time outdoors biking, beekeeping, and gardening. I also enjoy reading and cooking/ baking. I have many years of formal and casual babysitting experience. As well as working with children at different ability levels. Lots of my time is spent at my local GiGi's Playhouse volunteering and working with kids and adults with Down Syndrome. I love adapting to different children's needs and helping reach new goals and milestones. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, respectful, caring I like working with kids because it brings me joy to see younger people reaching new milestones, being creative, and gaining independence! I started working with kids when I was a sophomore in high school! One thing you should know about me is I will adapt to your needs and parenting style- I'm open to trying new things and love spending time outdoors and exploring!
