During our interview, Emmilee demonstrated incredibly strong attention to detail. She took detailed notes about our routines, parenting preferences, and descriptions of our son's behaviors. She asked incredibly thoughtful questions. While we ultimately ended up with a different nanny that fit some of our unique and peculiar circumstances, I would very highly recommend a family talk to Emmilee.
