About Erica

In my spare time, I like to make food for my friends, journal, read, make community art and meals, garden, sing, self-reflect and organize my life! One thing you should know about me is I am very active and love to play along with kids! I have a person-centered approach to life; kids deserve autonomy just like adults! My skills include conflict resolution, activity planning/scheduling, and meal prep. I have years of cleaning experience, and a year of intensive in-home caregiving experience. I love working with kids, but I have more experience working with elementary aged and older youth in outdoor recess and afterschool programs, as well as overnight skills camps. I am open to working with adults, children, and pets with a wide range of backgrounds, care needs, and abilities.
