Erica is kind, loving, calm and dependable. Exactly the personality you want in a caregiver! She's great with my son and he looks forward to spending time with her. She also has other sweet nanny friends in our neighborhood and has taken the initiative to arrange playdates with them. She's been a big help to us. Highly recommend Erica!
