Erica is great! I had several caregivers in the past and spending a lot of time on their phone while watching my kids has been an issue. Not with Erica. She really watches the children closely when she's here which is so important to me with my 1 year old that gets into everything! She's very dependable and always on time. She's very laid back and easy to talk to. I hope we can keep her for years to come!
