Erica is an absolute Joy to be around. She comes with a great attitude and her smile is infectious. She is very responsible, thorough and a fantastic communicator. She always let me know if something was out of the norm or concerning. She was very attentive to my mother's needs, and happy to assist in any way. My mother loved her. I would rehire her in a second if I could! Highly recommend!
