I started babysitting when I was just a baby myself, at the age of 12! I've always loved working with children of all ages and have done so in many capacities. I believe it takes a special kind of person to care for them and to make a positive and healthy contribution to their upbringing. As a mother of an amazing 10-year-old girl myself, I'm well aware that it takes patience, caring, kindness and effective communication between the child/children and the caregiver. I think kids need to be engaged in play, outdoor fun, conversations and plenty of activity as they are quite inquisitive and have a lot of energy! Erin is wonderful! She watches both my kids (11 and 5) after school on a regular basis and has been so thoughtful, professional, flexible, and responsible. Plus both my kids love her and don't want her to go home. I would highly recommend Erin!
