Not only have I provided childcare since I was only 13, I grew up as the oldest of five children. Because of this, I have a strong foundation in childcare and leadership skills, and a substantial amount of experience supporting families and ensuring a reliable childcare option for them. Whether we're playing soccer, solving puzzles, or doing math homework (I'm a math major and an experienced tutor), I believe in fostering a nurturing environment that encourages learning and growth. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment. Clear communication is key, so I make sure to keep parents informed about their child's day and address any issues that arise promptly. I respect and follow the parents' preferred method of communication to ensure smooth collaboration.
