The term cookie-cutter is defined as "marked by lack of originality or distinction." I can assure you that my many unique attributes do not make me a "cookie-cutter candidate." Throughout several years my professional endeavors have run the entire spectrum including, but not limited to, overseeing the scholastic ventures at Alpha Academy Educational Center and interacting with students, and on daily basis; making sure my students did their homework, keeping them motivated and comfortable, assisting them with English-language skills that they may not have received at home, creating a child-friendly environment, ensuring their safety during supervised recreation, and negotiating with parents seeking a proper education for their child. I am very aware of how to respond to the emotional needs of children, and how to create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages their growth and development.
