Evelin helped with my two kids (7 and 9yo). She would pick them up from school, drive them to activities, coordinate play dates and fix dinner for the kids. She has a warm and gentle energy - but don't let that fool you because she is not a pushover! She is reliable - always on time and always consistent with family rules. It was easy to communicate schedules, changes of plans, questions about the kids. She used her phone in front of the children only when necessary to call me. She has excellent judgement, if she wasn't able to consult me her decisions were consistent with our family values. My children have very big emotions and Evelin was unfazed and was able to help them work through them over and over again.
