About Evelyn

Hi! I am a teacher who has been teaching for fiver years and have many years of experience babysitting and supervising children during summer breaks. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2019 with a degree in Elementary Education and am currently attending Concordia University in order to obtain my Masters in Language and Literacy. In my current position, as a teacher, I have experience working with students aged 5-8 and enjoy putting smiles in faces every day and creating positive experiences with them. In my personal life, I was a lifeguard for 7 years as well as a swim instructor. During my time as a lifeguard, I cared for children of all ages and had so much fun helping families with their daily actives while also building relationships. I am flexible and have transportation and am willing to help with a variety of tasks whether that includes transporting children to different activities or spending a day going to local pool and relaxing!
